So how much does it cost to join Diogenes then?

It’s a question we get asked a lot – after all, surely two pools, a sauna, a big country house and six acres of grounds must take some upkeep, mustn’t they?

Well, yes, they certainly do – but that’s what makes Diogenes special.  Members collectively own the club and undertake the upkeep – we aren’t a private company there to make big profits!  This means we can keep our fees very reasonable and affordable.  From April 2017, the standard annual fee is just £185 per adult, with under 18′s free of charge.  Compare that to the average leisure centre or swimming pool and you soon see what incredible value Diogenes membership represents – and there’s no timed sessions or other nonsense either as your membership entitles you to 24/7 access!  Pop in after work, bring the kids after school, spend time at weekends with a picnic – Diogenes membership leaves you to decide how best to enjoy this very special place in a way that suits you and your family.

But wait, there’s more!  If you are aged 18 to 30 you can join us for £50 a year for your first two years, then pay half the standard annual fee until your 30th birthday.  No, that wasn’t a typo – that’s less than a pound a week for the first two years!

Jump Into Your Skin at Diogenes – 27th to 29th May!

Billy Bottle 2017 web version

Coming this May – the second Diogenes mini-festival event ‘Jump Into Your Skin’!  Building on the success of last year’s event, we are once again delighted to welcome back the awesome Billy Bottle and Martine to fill the dance floor on Saturday 28th.  There’s so much more planned across the weekend as well – from life drawing to wellbeing activities, such as yoga and Tai Chi.  Aching from the dancing?  No problem, we’ve got massage therapies and a chill out sauna as well!  The event is clothing optional throughout, giving you the chance to experience all that is great about naturism at one of the UK’s top naturist clubs.

Full catering is available throughout the weekend from the Diogenes kitchen, and with camping, motorhome and caravan pitches available, why not stay and make a proper weekend of it?

Early bird tickets for the entertainment and food are now available at £45 pp (camping and visitor fees are extra), so the weekend is great value as well.   To find out more, or to make your booking, email social-secretary AT diogenessunclub.co DOT uk  See you there!
