If you have a user name and a password
New Members / Keyholders Please note:
You may not have been granted access to the Members Area until you have specifically requested this. If you wish to be granted access and to receive email updates from the club, ensure that this has been noted by the club Treasurer.
If you do not know your user name and password
You can have these automatically sent to your email address. You will need:
- The email address you have submitted to the club for club records
- Access to the email sent to that address
If you know what that email address is, or if you know your personal user name, you can generate an email which will allow you to: Set Password
Your user name is pre-set in the following format:
- For members added prior to 01 March 2011 “Initial.Surname” ( e.g. J.Bloggs)
- For members added after 01 March 2011 “Firstname.Surname” (e.g. Joseph.Bloggs)
Your password, you may set and change yourself.

I no longer have access to the email address I gave to the club
I can’t remember which email address I gave to the club
I am a new member, when will I have access?
I am a member but I do not have an email address
I have requested a password reset but I haven’t received anything
I am a member but I have never given the club my email address.
I still can’t get access!
For security purposes, we cannot respond to requests to add new users, as we do not have the facility to check membership status or to otherwise verify identity. Please contact either the Membership Secretary or the Treasurer should you wish to obtain access to the members area.
