If you have a user name and a password

Log-in


New Members / Keyholders Please note:

You may not have been granted access to the Members Area until you have specifically requested this. If you wish to be granted access and to receive email updates from the club, ensure that this has been noted by the club Treasurer.


If you do not know your user name and password

You can have these automatically sent to your email address. You will need:

  • The email address you have submitted to the club for club records
  • Access to the email sent to that address

If you know what that email address is, or if you know your personal user name, you can generate an email which will allow you to: Set Password

Your user name is pre-set in the following format:

  • For members added prior to 01 March 2011 “Initial.Surname”  ( e.g. J.Bloggs)
  • For members added after 01 March 2011 “Firstname.Surname” (e.g. Joseph.Bloggs)

Your password, you may set and change yourself.

Troubleshoot

I no longer have access to the email address I gave to the club

We can change it for you manually, but you will need to quote to us:

  • Your old address
  • Your new address
  • Your name

Send an email to websupport AT diogenessunclub.co DOT uk and we will update your account with your new address. You may then set your password.

I can’t remember which email address I gave to the club

Please write to the Secretary at the club’s registered address, to ask to have your website account updated with your new email address.

I am a new member, when will I have access?

When your application for membership is accepted, you should automatically have access. If you cannot gain access please email websupport AT diogenessunclub.co DOT uk to find out if you have been added to the system. If not, please contact the Membership Secretary.

I am a member but I do not have an email address

Please write to the Secretary at the club’s registered address, to ask to have an account created for you. They will write back with a user name and password. You may later assign an email address to that account.

I have requested a password reset but I haven’t received anything

Remember to check your Spam Filter, there’s every likelihood that the auto-generated response has been caught up in your spam filtering service.  If you have not received anything after a few minutes, try again and make sure that your email address is the one you originally gave to the club.

I am a member but I have never given the club my email address.

  • The user name or email address your are trying to use
  • Any Error Message you see

Note:

For security purposes, we cannot respond to requests to add new users, as we do not have the facility to check membership status or to otherwise verify identity.  Please contact either the Membership Secretary or the Treasurer should you wish to obtain access to the members area.
